- Hourly rate of £13.20 plus additional pay factors

Responsibilities:
- Lead your team on-shift, ensuring outstanding practice
- Champion the principles of nothing about me without me in support planning
- Provide leadership in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Support three individuals with daily living in their home and community
- Engage individuals in activities such as art club, food shopping, and bowling
- Manage rotas and ensure flexible off-rota time for admin tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to provide person-centred support
- Maintain professional relationships with support networks, families, and external agencies
Requirements:
- A patient and calm-natured individual
- Comfortable using compassionate techniques to engage individuals
- Passionate about supporting people to lead fulfilling lives
- Non-judgemental and solutions-focused approach
- Confident leadership with the ability to adapt based on circumstances
- Able to analyse information and adapt ways of working
- Experience in leading and supporting teams
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
